1) Go into Android Settings on your device and find APPS (For Firesticks - Settings>Applications>Manage Installed Applications)
2) Select the APP you are having trouble with
3) Select Force Stop
4) Select Clear Cache
5) Reboot your device (For Firesticks - Settings>My Fire TV>Restart on Firestick)
6) Retest
1) Unplug all devices that connect to your network
2) Unplug your Router (if applicable)
3) Unplug your Modem
4) Wait 5 minutes to allow the network to flush
5) After 5 minutes plug everything back in the reverse order
6) Retest
You will need your login information
1) Go into Android Settings on your device and find APPS
2) Select the APP you are having trouble with
3) Select Force Stop
4) Select Clear Data
5) Select Clear Cache
6) Pull power on the device
7) Wait 5 min and power up, input username & password to login and retest
NOTE: Round 3 will reset your app and you will need to enter your login details.
IF COMPLETING ALL THE ABOVE HASN'T FIXED YOUR PROBLEM AND YOU'VE CHECKED POSTINGS FOR SERVICE ISSUES, THEN THE APP MY HAVE BECOME CORRUPT FOLLOWING YOUR DEVICE DOING AN OTA UPDATE; PLEASE DELETE THE APP AND REINSTALL.
