All services provided by MC Hosting are offered on a strictly non-refundable basis. No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances. Customers acknowledge that most service-related issues can be resolved by consulting the information available on our website or by contacting our support channels.

MC Hosting reserves the right to suspend, modify, discontinue, or permanently terminate the service, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice, and without liability.

Customer support is provided via our official Telegram group and email communication channels. MC Hosting makes no guarantee regarding response times or availability of support.

Applications associated with the service are subject to change and update at any time. MC Hosting does not warrant the continued availability of any specific application version. The most recent versions will be made available via official communication and support channels where possible.

Our Technical Support Team operates from the United Kingdom and is generally available between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM GMT, Monday to Friday, and 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM GMT on weekends and UK Bank Holidays. However, support availability may be limited or unavailable from time to time, without notice.

MC Hosting makes no representations or warranties regarding the availability, continuity, or inclusion of any specific content. Content may be altered, restricted, or removed at any time without prior notice and without liability.

Prior to subscribing, customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the service meets their requirements. Customers are strongly advised to trial the service where possible, obtain a referral from an existing user, and verify that their equipment and internet connection are compatible with the service.

The setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of customer equipment are the sole responsibility of the customer. MC Hosting provides setup guides and troubleshooting information via its website, Telegram group, or upon request by email; however, no guarantee is made that such assistance will resolve all issues.

The Refer-A-Friend offer is discretionary and may be withdrawn, modified, or terminated at any time without prior notice. To be eligible, the referred individual must be a separate and distinct individual from the referrer and must not have held a plan or active service with MC Hosting within the preceding eighteen (18) months.
